Clinical Translation Degree Ranks #7 in Nation

The Master’s in Clinic Translation Management at University of St. Thomas Houston earned a #7 ranking as the best blended program among the Top 15 Online Master’s in Clinic Research Programs in the nation by Intelligent.com.

What is MCTM?

Research is crucial to ensuring new drugs and medical devices are safe and effective. Earning an online master’s in clinical research will prepare students for vital roles in organizing, overseeing and conducting this research in a variety of settings. Clinical translation is the process of turning basic discoveries that occur in laboratories into usable drugs, medical devices or clinical processes.

The Unique MCTM Program at UST

The MCTM program, offered in the St. Thomas Cameron School of Business, is accredited by AACSB. Primarily online, this program has less than 12 face-to-face class days throughout the year. The MCTM program was developed by UST in collaboration with Houston Methodist. Integrated into one of the nation’s finest hospitals, the Houston Methodist Research Institute provides the technology and support needed to effectively and efficiently bring cures through all stages of medical research to patients around the world. This ongoing relationship allows UST to over students opportunities to observe and practice what they learn in the classroom.
