Register for the UST's 2023 Young Diplomats & Global Affairs Summer Camp

University of St. Thomas-Houston's Center for International Studies will host the sixth edition of its "Young Diplomats & Global Affairs Summer Camp" June 12-16. The Diplomacy Camp is a weeklong camp from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily, featuring discussions with past and present U.S. diplomats and lessons on countries and cultures worldwide. It culminates with a student-led diplomacy simulation exercise designed by Assistant Professors Eric Botts and Richard Sindelar. The simulation is modeled on the United States Diplomacy Center and is the same diplomacy simulation professionals use. The immersive program in diplomacy is open to high school students in grades 10 – 12. The price for the YDGA camp is $350 for the week, with a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid by May 1. The price for the camp includes materials, t-shirts and lunch. Participants are responsible for their travel to campus. To register click here.
